Our focus on freshness and commitment to local produce is one of the reasons Israeli food has become such a smashing success all over the world.
In this land of fruits and vegetables and in the Tel Aviv, the ‘City of Oranges’, there is a wide selection of produce year-round - but when a product is out of season,
you’ll hardly find it. Israelis wait in eager anticipation for that time of the year when their favorite fruit is finally in season - not only is flavor at its very best, but prices drop as well! Local markets, like Shuk Hacarmel, will provide at this price until the fruit’s season draws to an end.
